Ruth A. Dahl

RUTH A. DAHL, age 91 of Waterville passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her home.

Born on January 23, 1927 in Elysian Township, Le Sueur County, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Edgar and Adelia (Roemhildt) Morsching.  Ruth was married to Ray Jahn and she later married Ernie Dahl.

Ruth is survived by her children, Geri (John) Christianson of Minnetonka, Randi Palm of New Prague, and Keryl Moore of Mankato; step-daughter, Sonja (Greg) Thomson of Waterville; and daughter-in-law, Kris Jahn of Big Lake; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by two sisters, Eleanor Youngerberg of Mankato and Phyllis Pope of Waterville and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; son, Boyd Jahn; step-son, James Dahl; brother, Paul Morsching; and grandson, Daniel Christianson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at North Waseca Lutheran Church.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, one hour before services at the church.  Burial will follow at North Waseca Lutheran Cemetery.  Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services of Waterville is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to North Waseca Lutheran Church.
